About
I have the privilege of caring for adults across the entire spectrum of life – from the vibrancy of young adulthood to the grace of the golden years. I believe that healthy aging is a lifelong journey that begins early. To support this, I bring meticulous thoroughness to my practice, striving to ensure that every diagnosis and treatment plan is firmly rooted in the latest evidence-based medicine.
My mission is to be a true partner in patient care. By simplifying complex treatments and prioritizing patient independence, I work hard to ensure that every care plan aligns with each patient's specific values and goals.
With over three decades of practice, I have learned that every clinical encounter – even the most routine – is an investment in a “trust bank.” These daily deposits of care and communication form the vital foundation for the most difficult decisions a patient may face one day. Whether managing a simple illness or navigating complex conditions like diabetes and hypertension, my focus remains on shared decision-making and the prevention of future concerns.
I operate on the philosophy that prevention is the cornerstone of longevity; I strongly advocate for proactive wellness through annual exams and age-appropriate screenings.
Outside the clinic, I cherish time with my family and remain deeply committed to medical scholarship as an author and peer reviewer for medical journals.
