About
In my practice, I aim to do the fewest number of things to get the best outcome. My mission is to help patients identify the best path forward and then support them through the healing process.
Interventional pulmonology is a new subspecialty – one that harnesses the power of technology to help expand options for patients living with lung disease – and many of my patients need more “out of the box” thinking. That is why I specialized further after I finished training in general medicine, lungs, and ICU care.
I use minimally-invasive techniques like incisionless bronchoscopic lung volume reduction surgery, bronchial thermoplasty, and robotic bronchoscopy to treat patients affected by COPD, asthma, cancer, and many other illnesses.
As the first doctor in my family, I remember being on the other side. Therefore, I make it a priority to connect with people with respect and listen to what matters most to them. I use my knowledge to expand options for my patients and tailor their treatments to fit their goals.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, playing tennis, hiking and fishing.
