Biography
A passion for learning combined with the desire to help others drove Dr. John Hornback’s decision to become a physician. Family Medicine provides him the opportunity to follow patients through various stages of their lives and he enjoys treating patients of all ages — from birth to senior years.
Dr. Hornback’s philosophy when treating patients is "patient control." It’s his duty to help you understand the diagnosis and treatment options and help you reach your health goals. Dr. Hornback provides information and choices to help you make the decision that is best for you. His patients appreciate his openness to their thoughts and suggestions about their health choices.
In his spare time, Dr. Hornback enjoys cars and computers.
