Derrick Lee, M.D.
As a pediatrician, I have the special privilege of caring for children from birth until early adulthood. This partnership also includes parents, who are my teammates, as I cannot succeed in providing successful health care without their support.
I still recall my pediatrician as a child because he was a positive influence on me. It is my hope that my patients will remember me like this. Taking care of kids at a young age gives me the chance to leave a lasting impression and guide them to make healthy choices now and in the future.
Dr. Lee is accepting new patients. His office, located at 8333 N. Silverbell Road, Suite 181, can be reached at (520) 202-7761.

Ian Cipriano, M.D.
Medicine has been in my blood since childhood. My father was a surgeon and I was fortunate enough to get first-hand exposure in the battlefield. This strengthened my love of the sciences. My initial plan was to specialize in Internal Medicine, but I could not deny my passion for helping children. There is something special about caring for them not only when they are sick, but also being able to partner and collaborate with parents in their child’s growth and development.
Patients and their parents describe me as down to earth; that I talk to them in ways they can understand and relate to. I aim to involve the parent(s) and caregiver(s) in their child’s care and decision-making process. This partnership helps ensure a more successful and positive outcome. ‘Approach every patient as if they were your family’ was a lesson I learned while in training and I believe that this truly makes a difference.
Dr. Cipriano is accepting new patients. Her office, located at 6060 N. Fountain Plaza Dr., Suite 250, can be reached at (520) 877-4240.
